Returns & Exchanges
We only offer store credit for all returns. Therefore, returns will be issued in the form of an e-gift card. We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. At this time, we do not accept exchanges for different sizes. Any "exchange" must be processed as a return and then repurchased.
- Returns are eligible for store credit only within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns passed the two week mark will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be scent/odor free, unworn, unwashed, free of makeup, deodorant, or other stains, and in the same condition that you received it. All returnable items MUST have the Sweet On You Boutique tag(s) attached. Returns will not be accepted if the tag(s) have been removed.
- Final sale items (marked down merchandise), Sweet On You Boutique merch, Sweet On You Gifts, intimates, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, shoes, and swimwear can not be returned or refunded. These items are FINAL SALE.
- To complete a return, a packing slip/billing invoice is required. The customer will be responsible for paying his/her own shipping costs for the returned item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If in the scenario that a customer sends back a non-returnable item or if it is past the return policy grace period, the customer will be responsible for the return postage.
- Return forms are provided upon request. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org if a return slip is needed.

- Once a return is received and inspected, we will send the customer an email to notify him/her that the returned item has been received. At this time, we will also notify the customer if the returned item(s) have been approved or rejected.
- If the customer's refund is approved, he/she will receive an email containing an e-gift card to Sweet On You Boutique within 3-5 business days.
- If the customer wants to exchange his/her item for another size, they must return the unwanted item back to us. After we receive, inspect and approve the item(s), we will issue a refund following our return policy (as mentioned above). Then, the customer may place an order for his/her desired size.

*Please note: customers should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning and shipping items over $75. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item. We are not liable for any lost packages in transit.
- Customers must report damaged items within 3 days of the delivered date. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Merchandise that has been washed cannot be accepted for store credit.
